The experience was great! David called right away to set up the quote. It was an insurance claim and he was extremely helpful throughtout that process. Once the product arrived we were put on the schedule immediately. His team worked hard and installed them in one day. They cleaned as they worked and were professional. The floors look beautiful! In store we described what we were wanting and our price range. We were shown samples in that price range and the samples shown to us were exactly what we were looking for. The installer’s were on time and stuck to the job, there was no messing around including moving our large furniture and washer and dryer. They did a professional installation. We made a small change in what we wanted to have done and the end price was still close to the original quote.

Stopped by store and found a lovely tile. We were told that the installer would call to come out to measure, order and install tile. They never called, we never heard from them. It has been over two weeks and nothing. No call to set up anything or to explain delay.

First, sales associate was so pleasant and fun to work with. I changed my mind so many times. She was always there reassuring me it was OK because flooring is a major purchase and one that can't just be exchanged. She wanted me to bee happy. The installers were passionate and precise worth their work. They definitely take pride in a job well done. Lastly, I've had the flooring over a month. No problems. We LOVE It! We sold our home and downsized back to our prior home which was rented out for the last 8 years. We had to coordinate the closing on our home, having the renters move out, and the moving company moving our large items to the new home while the flooring could get done before moving our belongings into the home. We had last minute change of timing and the Flooring Guys changed their schedule to accommodate us. Also, Sean at the Flooring Guys went out of his way to meet with us before store hours to educate us on the different carpets and wood floors and explained to us how it was done so a lot of detail which was why we choose the Flooring Guys. We would use them again and recommend to anyone.

they were prompt and on time. they finished as promised instead of skipping days i.e. the stayed until finished. they not only did the floor but put the heavy items back in place. definitely would hire again.

Sean was very helpful and knowledgeable. They installed the new carpet while we were away on vacation. My wife and I were very happy with how everything turned out.

We previously had vinyl flooring in our laundry and connecting mud room that we wanted to update to ceramic tile. The two areas were a combined 144 sf area. The installers arrived day 1 as scheduled, asked us which direction we preferred to have the tile installed and proceeded to install. They were very courteous and quiet the whole time. Day 2 the installers put the grout down and wiped up all the dust before giving us instructions for how long to stay off the tile. The job went very quick and the tile looks great! I would definitely recommend and refer friends/neighbors to contact The Flooring Guys for their flooring projects.

We were required to put several thousand down in advance on a credit card. They hired a subcontractor who left the doors of the house open during a rain storm. The company did not return our calls about the rain damage for several days and, after the subcontractor worked to fix their mistake, the company charged our credit card--without our authorization--for what they claimed was the remainder of the work. It has been over six months and, to date, the company has never provided us with an invoice, bill, credit card receipt, etc. The subcontractor who performed the work was responsive, apologetic and professional--however, the same cannot be said for the Flooring Guys.

They showed up on time and they had to piece together three sections of carpeting. They cleaned up after they were finished and the carpeting looks great!

We originally had several weeks to get ready for these floors to be done. Flooring Guys had an immediate opening so we grabbed it and suddenly we had to clear out two girls' bedrooms in a couple days! AND this coincided with a family trip so we would not be home while the work was being done. Flooring Guys were very professional and responsive and worked around our crazy schedule. I received calls about the work details and they were very respectful of our needs while we were mostly not around. The floors are BEAUTIFUL! Absolutely perfectly done.

Excellent from first call and visit, to the arrival of the installation crew who moved furniture as well as removed the carpet, padding, etc and installed and cleaned up beautifully in less than 2 days. They were respectful, responsive, and worked together well. All refuse was removed from the sight, and except for the beautiful new floor, you never would have known workers had been to my house. I plan to have them back to do my upstairs next.
