In addition to the two individual Employee Volunteer Award winners we shared this week, Bankers Trust recently recognized the bank’s DEI Committee with the 2023 Teamwork Impact Award. The DEI Committee was recognized for their ongoing partnership with Catholic Charities Diocese of Des Moines' refugee resettlement program. The committee regularly assists with apartment set-ups and teaches financial literacy classes to refugees as they join our community. Each Employee Volunteer Award winner was able to direct a $2,500 donation to the nonprofit of his or her choice. The DEI Committee chose Catholic Charities to receive their donation. Thank you for your contributions, DEI Committee! 2023 DEI Committee members are pictured with Don Coffin, CEO and President.
