In-Person Attendee Information

Time: 11:30 am - 1:00 pm; Program from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

The safety of our members and participants is important to the Ankeny Area Chamber. In-person event safety protocols are provided below. We thank you in advance for following these protocols for the safety of everyone in attendance.

Process for event entry:

Attendees are required to put on a face mask prior to entrance
Temperature screening will take place prior to your entrance by a staff member (Temperature will need to fall at or below 100.3 per CDC recommendations)
After cleared temperature screening, enter venue and head to the check-in table
Participants will either be asked to use hand sanitizer at the venue
Staff will give instructions on what seats are available and how to pick up meals (if applicable)

Additional Protocols:

Handshake-free event; use one of the alternatives such as a hand wave, "footshake," or an elbow bump
We ask that participants wear masks during the event
- Exception will be made while consuming food and beverage
hand sanitizer and masks will be provided for use during events
Social distancing of 6 feet will be encouraged
