The safety and health of our members, sponsors and event participants is important to the Ankeny Area Chamber. The following event protocols will be implemented for the Fall Ball Golf Outing. Safety materials will be provided to those who do not have them at the event. We thank you in advance for following these requirements for the safety of everyone involved.

Attendee Requirements During Events:

Process for event entry:

Attendees are required to put on a face mask prior to entrance
Temperature screening will take place prior to your entrance by a staff member
- Temperature will need to be fall below 100.3 per CDC recommendations
After cleared temperature screening, head to the check-in table
Participants will either be asked to use hand sanitizer OR wash their hands at the venue
Staff will give instructions on the next steps

Additional Protocols:

Handshake-free event; use one of the alternatives such as a hand wave, “footshake” or an elbow bump
We ask that participants wear masks during the event
- Masks will be required for all activities near/at the club house
- Masks are encouraged while on the course
- Exception will be made while consuming food & beverage
Participants from the same group/business will be sat together or grouped together when available
- Tables will be socially distanced
- Players who will be golfing together will be grouped together for carts and during social times (lunch & after party)
Hand sanitizer and masks will be provide for use during events
Social distancing of 6 feet will be encouraged

This event is open to all Chamber Members and their staff. Payment must be prepaid and may be made by cash, check or credit card. All reservations not kept will be billed.
