2020 has made us push through an active and unprecedented disruption that is not over yet. It's forced us to reinvent our products, services, experiences, and sometimes our entire business models. In short it has taught that we need to learn how to recover. This year, we will unpack those entrepreneurial steps that put your business in the best position possible to capitalize on a recovering economy and be ready to withstand the next disruption.

March Workshop: Adopting a Millennial Mindset

Workshop Description

As the pandemic economy slowly transitions away from isolation, it is time to [RE]ENGAGE “Generation Nice”, the largest generation in the U.S. workforce who was already conditioned to work remotely, before COVID-19. Join us as we take a deep-dive into the identity of those who are well-educated, tech-savvy, information hungry, ambitious, skeptical of institutions, prefer to improvise solutions to the challenges of the moment, and not only owned a smartphone at the age of 10, but also mastered all of its uses.

Gain more empathy around the generation that you can’t afford to be ignored by.

In-Person Attendee Safety Measures During Events

We ask that participants wear masks upon entering the event & during the event
- Exception will be made while consuming food/beverage
Temperature screening will be taken at entrance
Handshake-free event; use one of the alternatives such as a hand wave, "footshake," or an elbow bump
Hand sanitizer and masks will be provided for use during events
Social distancing of 6 feet will be encouraged

This event is open to all Chamber Members and their staff. Non-members are allowed to attend at a additional cost. Payment must be prepaid and may be made by cash, check or credit card.
